Experience the best fishing Putnam County has to offer with an exclusive guided fishing tour that visits a different lake or reservoir each week. Designed for anglers of all ages and skill levels, this one-of-a-kind program combines professional instruction, local knowledge, and access to some of the county's premier fisheries.

With only two participants per session, every outing provides personalized coaching while targeting a wide variety of freshwater species from the boat.

Time

Each trip begins 2½ hours before local sunset and concludes 30 minutes after sunset, allowing anglers to fish during the most productive hours of the evening bite.

What You'll Learn

Every outing takes place from a boat, giving participants real-world experience with:

• Boat safety and etiquette

• Reading water and locating fish

• Seasonal fish behavior

• Rod and reel setup

• Knot tying

• Live bait techniques

• Casting accuracy

• Landing and handling fish

• Catch-and-release best practices

• DEP reservoir regulations

Participants are welcome to bring their own fishing equipment.

$750 per participant

Your registration includes:

• 8 guided fishing trips

• Approximately 24 hours of on-the-water instruction

• Visits to 8 of Putnam County's premier fisheries

• Use of fishing equipment (if needed)

• Bait and tackle during instruction

Limited Enrollment

To provide the highest quality instruction, enrollment is limited to:

• 2 anglers on Mondays

• 2 anglers on Wednesdays

Only 4 total participants will be accepted each fall season.
